Over the past three decades, I’ve had the privilege of working across many corners of the technology industry. I’ve spent over 20 years in various sales and strategy roles at Cisco, partnering with some of the most forward-thinking customers and partners; helping them navigate periods of rapid innovation. Most recently, I served as Chief Revenue Officer at Trace3 where delivering solutions to solve the most pressing challenges facing our clients was our mission. Throughout my career, I’ve seen countless technologies come and go, each claiming to redefine the market.
But artificial intelligence represents something different. This isn’t just the next new thing. AI has ushered in a fundamental and unmistakable shift in how companies operate and how employees perform their day-to-day work.
